- Log in to Site Manager. Hover over Tool Databases and click on Shopping Cart Database.
- This will take you to the Shopping Cart Properties page. If you want to edit these properties, click on the arrow next to "Select Options". Select "Edit Shopping Cart Properties."
- International Addresses: Check this box if you will allow non US/Canada addresses to be entered.
- Shipping Applies: Check this box if you want the shipping section to appear.
- Shipping Methods Allowed: Check the boxes of the shipping methods that you are able to use.
- For UPS shipping calculation - Ship From Zip Code: Enter the ship from Zip code. (Note: only enter a zip code here if you want to have UPS shipping costs automatically calculated based on the total weight of the order, in which case you would also need to enter weights for each product being sold.)
- Base the calculation on: Two options are available.
- The total weight of the order (insurance, oversized, and dimensions will not be applied to this option)
- The total weight of each unique product.
- UPS Access Key: Enter the UPS Access Key. Note: a UPS Access Key can be obtained by going to UPS.com.
- UPS Pickup Type: What type of UPS pick up service do you have. You can select Daily Pickup, Customer Counter, One Time Pickup, On Call Air, Letter Center, or Air Service Center.
- Handling Fee: Enter the dollar amount required as a handling fee for each order.
- Tax - State/Amount: Select your State and enter in the amount of sales Tax. (Ex. for 5.5% tax, enter 0.055)
- Shipping Cost Matrix By Weight: Check this box if you want a matrix that will determine how much to charge for shipping based on the weight of each product. The Shipping Cost Matrix By Weight link for entering in the amounts, weights and what to charge for shipping will be available once this option is checked.
- Shipping Cost Matrix By Order Cost: Check this box if you want a total cost matrix that will determine how much to charge for shipping. The Shipping Cost Matrix By Order Cost link for entering in the amounts and what to charge for shipping will be available once this option is checked.
- Online Payment System: Choose which online payment system you will use.
- Paypal: Check this box if you want to use Paypal and enter your Paypal Email. If you don't have a Paypal account you can create one by clicking on the link Create a Paypal account here. Login to your Paypal account and go to Profile, My Selling Tools, click Update for Instant Payment Notifications, then click "Choose IPN Settings". - Google Checkout: Check this box if you want to use Google Checkout and enter your Google Merchant Account. If you don't have a Google Checkout Account you can Create a Google Checkout account here. - e. Network Merchants Inc.: Check this box if you wish to use Network Merchants Inc. Click on contact us to setup and account to have us set it up for you. You can accept credit cards AND eChecks with Network Merchants Inc. Enter in your Username in the box. QuickClick Options, Security: Uncheck "Require that all values be verified using a security code.
- Message to Customer: Enter in a message for the customer that will appear on the customer's order confirmation sent via email.
- From Email Address: Enter in the email address that will appear as the sender when the customer gets emailed an order confirmation (and will also get bcc'd.) Separate multiples with a comma.
- Option 1 Label: This is a user defined box. Usually it is 'Size'.
- Option 2 Label: This is a user defined box. Usually it is 'Color'.
- Update: Click on Update to save your Shopping Cart Properties.
- Reset: Click on Reset to clear the changes and start over with the Shopping Cart Properties.
