My PDFs Are Not Loading With Google Chrome

Recently some changes were made to Google Chrome on how downloads are viewed. If you are experiencing downloads not opening in Google Chrome (it just keeps spinning), it could be that a plugin needs to be disabled.

Follow these steps:

  • Open Chrome, and enter  'chrome://plugins' into the URL area.

  • Locate the Chrome Reader plug-in, and disable it.

Then retry your report that you want to download. If it is still not working for you, please contact support.
