Live chat is available for all Faithwebsites (Websites) customers and can be found right here on our help center page and on our website. Chat hours:

We currently do not have live chat for our Curriculum Trak, Auction Trak and Donor Trak customers.
Facebook / Twitter:
You can reach the support team through Direct Message or Private Messages using Facebook and Twitter. Tweets and messages automatically create new tickets and are replied to during normal support hours.
We do not provide phone support. All support is done through online communication. Our Sales team does call and conference customers, but those calls are for customers purchasing or upgrading services or website designs.
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, with limited hours on Good Friday and Christmas Eve Day.
