- From the top menu bar click on PEOPLE and choose the Faculty Database link.
- The Faculty Database screen will appear. Click the down arrow next to Select Options and choose GROUP.
- The Faculty Groups page will appear. Click on the ADD FACULTY GROUP button.
- Group Name: This should be a description name that differentiates this group from other groups. Since faculty members can belong to multiple groups, we recommend that you create many small groups as opposed to a few large groups.
- Faculty Belonging to this Group: This is the faculty members that belong to this group. When you add in faculty members, you can attach them to the desired groups as well.
- Select faculty on the left and use the buttons below to place them into the box on the right.
- When you are finished selecting your faculty, click the ADD button at the bottom.
- Your GROUP name will now appear on the list on the Faculty Database - Groups page.
- TIP: You have the ability to delete a GROUP on this page as well, by clicking on the trash can image.
